Dear Parents,
We hope and pray that all of you and your children are keeping safe and well and are following the specific precautions that are essential to self-protection.
Although we are in the midst of COVID 19, which has raised its ugly head across the globe and at home, we have distanced ourselves from its negativities and are trying to turn this unfortunate development on its head.
- We have started online classes and interaction to keep your children abreast of essential learning.
- Without in any way altering our vision for the students and the institution we are refocusing on a revised schedule and methodology to ensure that academics remains on the front burner and students are not put under unnecessary pressure because of the changed dimensions of time.
- We are reorganising our environment and enhancing and improving ourselves.
- We have started a Relief Fund to provide support and succour to those who are facing distress and suffering and to assisting in alleviating the pain of the poor and the needy; widows and women.
- The salaries of teachers and non-teaching staff for March 2020 were disbursed a week before the normal date to ensure that they could make arrangements to secure themselves in the prevailing unhealthy climate.
- With your tacit support and payment of your child’s fees within the prescribed timeframe, we will be able to pay the teaching and non-teaching staff their salaries for the current month by the due date. In this demanding period, your early payment of fees will be crucial to the staff and the school. Those of you who, in the past, have not paid the fees online may kindly do so now as the Talimabad campus is locked down and the offices of the school are not functioning. If for some reason you cannot go online, you could please seek the assistance of parents that know the system well.
Please follow the safety guidelines implicitly, keep the elderly isolated and stay safe and do remember us in your prayers.
All of you are in our special prayers as we seek the Creators protection and guidance. We are firm in our belief that all will be well if we look after each other, give each other support and extend our horizons far beyond ourselves to those who are less fortunate and in greater need of sustenance than we are. Now is perhaps the time to give freely and earn the Creators blessings.
The management of National Public Higher Secondary School is with you in this period of trial.
‘After hardship there is ease.’
Kind regards,
